Virtual Tour Special Bulk Package Offer: 5 Virtual Tours for R2 000
Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions serve to promote a solid working foundation aimed to facilitate both the Estate Agent and the Virtual Tour Photographer to add the best Value and Experience to their respective clients:- The VT Special Bulk Package may be shared among the Estate Agency’s agents, on condition that a debit order authorised and paid monthly by the Principal is required;
- Additional VT’s require EFT payment per order after the first 5 have been processed;
- Property Floor Layout requires additional charge of R100 if requested;
- Only one fuel charge applies if multiple shoots are requested in same area; Max 2 clients in morning and 2 clients in afternoon will be processed (additional requests will be viewed on merit and time constraints ie. same complex or estate requiring no additional travel);
- Weekend shoots may be agreed on only if discussed & booked in advance;
- The 5 VT Special Offer applies only to orders within a calendar month. The Special Offer resets on the 1st of every new month;
- Important Note: Agent to send Virtual Master an email request with client name, contact info and client address by no later than day before month-end to qualify the VT for same calendar month. Shoot Appointment to be set with client by the last day of the month;
- Any VT’s not ordered lapse after calendar month is complete;
- Note: Zero fuel levies charged in the Noordhoek & Fish Hoek Valley. We support local business.
- VT’s will be processed on a first-ordered, first-served basis to best tie in with the Photographer’s travelling route and schedule;
- Additional VT’s ordered after first 5 have been processed will also be charged @ R300 each plus fuel to area travelled (only 1 fuel charge applies if multiple shoots are requested in same area);
- A partial first month will require full R1 500 payment. Balance of unused VT’s of joining month will then roll over to 2nd month only, to be added to 2nd month’s 5 Virtual Tours;
- One calendar month’s notice to be given. Debit order to be cancelled by Agency;
- Virtual Tour completion turn-around time is 48 hours after shoot, via email;
- For EFT details and Debit Order purposes: L. Marais, FNB, Branch: Long Beach Mall, Branch No: 250 655, A/C No: 622 8436 7870;
- Email info@virtualmaster.co.za, SMS 0825729833 or Fax proof of payment to 086 594 1028.
Fuel Levies will be invoiced just before month-end to Agents separately and payable via EFT:
- South Peninsula (Fish Hoek Valley, Noordhoek, Kommetjie and surrounds) No Fuel levy
- Southern Suburbs (Outside the valley, Muizenberg, Tokai through to Claremont) – R50
- City Centre – CBD, Atlantic Seaboard and Southern Suburbs beyond Claremont) – R100
- Northern Suburbs – Century City to Brackenfell – R100
- Paarl / Helderberg – Beyond Brackenfell to Stellenbosch / Somerset West – R200
- West Coast South – Sunset Beach / Milnerton to Melkbosstrand – R150
- West Coast north - Yzerfontein to Saldanha & surrounds – R200
